Well-equipped fitness center was a nice touch.

I was truly disappointed by the cleanliness of the rooms. The toilet was absolutely filthy, and the overall hygiene left much to be desired. It felt like the hotel was quite old and not maintained properly, making it hard to relax during our stay.

Room cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Stains in carpets and musty odors should be addressed immediately!!! The furniture looks outdated and feels uncomfortable, and the maintenance response seemed unacceptably slow for urgent issues!!!

The central location was ideal for exploring nearby shopping. Housekeeping staff were consistently friendly, and breakfast featured delightful sweet rolls, contributing to a pleasant start each day. The accommodation was comfortable, but the bedding was a bit heavy for the season. Noise levels were noticeable, but the air conditioning helped maintain a comfortable environment.

our stay at residence inn was fantastic! the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. we loved the delicious breakfast options. the two-bedroom penthouse suite felt cozy and spacious. plus, it’s conveniently located near great food stores and amenities like a lovely pool and hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious two-bedroom suite, perfect for our family with a young child. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to fuel us before a day exploring nearby attractions like Newport Beach and South Coast Plaza, just minutes away.

My kids wished the pool could have been cleaner and more inviting for everyone to enjoy. A better maintenance schedule would help families feel more at ease while using the amenities.

I had a great stay for two nights. The spacious King Studio with Sofa Bed was nice. Breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfying. Staff were accommodating with early check-in. Proximity to shopping and freeways was a bonus! 😊

Our crew had an awesome time! The full kitchen in our suite let us cook breakfast before heading out to South Coast Plaza and Newport Beach. We loved chilling by the fire pit and enjoyed the friendly staff. Don’t miss the gym and their complimentary breakfast spread!

My family and I had a great stay! The penthouse suite was spacious, allowing us plenty of room to relax, and the communal areas, like the fire pit and basketball court, provided a fun atmosphere. Breakfast was quite good and had a variety of options. However, we did encounter some cleanliness issues that could be addressed for an even better experience.

It was just a decent option for a two-day stay in Costa Mesa, great for the money. The updated suite was clean and provided what I expected. Just be prepared for potential noise from parties.
